How Our Process Works
This is how it all works, from start to finish.
Step #1: Submit Property Info
Submit your property information to Wild West Land Company by completing the Offer Request Form. Once we receive your information, our team will immediately begin researching your property.
Step #2: Initial Assessment
To save our time and yours, we make an initial assessment of your property. Unbuildable or unreachable properties may be excluded from consideration.
Step #3: Market Research
Our team will research your property using a combination of county assessor data, recent local sales data, and general local market research. Once we have a clear understanding of the market, we are then able to make an offer for your property.
Step #4: Discuss Our Offer
Once we have determined what we feel is a fair price, and verified that your property meets our minimum criteria, we will contact you by phone to discuss our offer with you.
Step #5: Purchase Agreement
Once we have a greed on a price, we will prepare a Purchase Agreement which can be signed electronically for your convenience.
Step #6: Open Escrow
Once we’ve received your signed agreement, we will deliver it to a reputable title company or closing attorney to open escrow. From there, the title company or attorney will facilitate the remainder of the transaction, including all closing documents and transfer of funds.
Step #7: Closing
Once all parties are ready to close, the title company will record all necessary documents to transfer title. All that is required is a few signatures on your end with no need to travel to complete the sale.
Step #8: Payment
Once the title company has received the signed and notarized documents, they distribute the agreed upon funds from their escrow account to you. It’s that simple!
